Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of nickelmillionaire.com and the Nickel Millionaire Challenge membership (the "Service"), operated by Becks ("I", "me"). By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not financial advice
   The Service publishes stock and options ideas generated by a software scan of the U.S. market, plus my personal commentary. Everything on the Service is my personal opinion and is provided for general information and education only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular person buy, sell or hold any security.
   The same content is published to all members. I do not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance, and nothing on the Service is tailored to you. I am not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult a licensed professional before investing.
2. Risk
   Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of your money, and options can lose 100% of their cost. Past performance, including the results of the $20K Challenge, does not guarantee future results. Challenge trades are paper trades recorded at real market prices. They are hypothetical and do not reflect actual trading, commissions, slippage or the emotions of trading real money.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
   Scan data comes from third-party market data providers and is processed by software. I check the data, but I do not guarantee that any price, indicator, score or level is accurate, complete or current. Scans may be delayed, incomplete or missing on some days.
4. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
5. Membership, billing and renewal
   Memberships are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Your membership renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. I'll give you notice before any price change takes effect on your renewal.
6. Cancellation
   You can cancel anytime from your account page on the site. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
7. No refunds
   Members get immediate access to all published picks and analysis when they pay. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months or years, except where required by law. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.
8. Your account and personal use only
   Your membership is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login, and you may not copy, republish, resell, screenshot for distribution, or otherwise share members-only content, in whole or in part, without my written permission. I may suspend or end access, without refund, for accounts that share logins or redistribute content.
9. Intellectual property
   The Service, including the scoring method, boards, posts, cards, design and the Nickel Millionaire name, is owned by me and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
10. Comments and community
    If you post comments, be respectful. No spam, promotion, harassment, or pumping of securities. I may remove comments or accounts at my discretion. Don't post personal financial details.
11. Disclosure of my positions
    I may own securities that appear on the Service. When I do, the post discloses it. I do not feature a stock I plan to sell within three days of featuring it.
12. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. My total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid me in the three months before the claim.
13. Changes
    I may update these Terms. If a change is material, I'll notify members by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
